Care Instructions
Hand wash in cold or 40 degree water with mild soap. Hang to dry. Do not iron or bleach. If using a washing machine, remove the pads first and place the bra in a laundry bag.

1. Fold the pad gently in half inside the cup.
2. Slide it out carefully through the opening along the seam.
