Bralux Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges within 90 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn and returned in a re-saleable condition with all original packaging included.
Need a different size? Eligible items can be exchanged through our returns portal, subject to our hygiene policy.
Hygiene & Adhesive Products
Important Hygiene Notice
For hygiene reasons stick-on bras and adhesive products must be returned with the hygiene/void strip and protective adhesive backing fully intact.
Items returned with removed, lifted, tampered with or reapplied hygiene protection cannot be refunded or exchanged.
All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival for signs of wear, use or tampering.
Please do not remove the protective backing or hygiene seal unless you intend to keep the item.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn and in a re-saleable condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Returns should be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit
- Paid expedited shipping services are non-refundable
3 for 2 Promotions
If items from a 3 for 2 promotion are returned, any remaining items will revert to full price and the difference will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once your return arrives, it will be inspected and processed by our team.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to arrive and be processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up until midday on the day of dispatch.
