Hygiene & Returns Policy

For the safety of our customers, all lingerie and intimate wear must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the hygiene/void strip still intact. Items not meeting these conditions cannot be accepted.

I confirm the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and the hygiene/void strip has not been removed. I understand that all returned items are physically inspected upon arrival. If the hygiene strip shows signs of removal, tampering, or reattachment, the return will be declined and the item returned to me at my expense.
